On 3 19, 2021, at the Intercontinental Hanoi Landmark72 hotel, the 5th Congress of Vietnam Software and Information Technology Services Association (VINASA) took place – term 2021-2025. The congress was attended by Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam, Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Manh Hung, attended and delivered a keynote speech, with the participation of nearly 250 delegates at online bridge points nationwide.
The congress assessed the situation of software and information technology (IT) services in Vietnam over the past 5 years. From there, the Congress pointed out challenges, opportunities and strategies for the IT industry in the next 5 years and proposed recommendations to promote the national comprehensive digital transformation process.
