On 3 26, 2022, at Hai Duong Province’s Digital Transformation Day 2022, FSI and the People’s Committee of Hai Duong province officially signed a cooperation agreement on digitalization and digital transformation for organizations and businesses in the area within the period 2022-2025. With the participation of more than 500 guests who are leaders of state agencies, organizations, companies, and press agencies.

According to the local digital transformation ranking index of 2020, Hai Duong finished in 14th place, a relatively high position compared to neighboring provinces in the region and the whole country. Defining digital transformation as an essential solution for economic and social development in the 4.0 Revolution, Hai Duong has been issuing policies and resolutions on digital transformation with specific goals and timelines; strengthen, encourage, create opportunities and a favorable environment for digital transformation to operate smoothly.
Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee has published resolutions setting many specific plans by 2025. Hai Duong will have 80% of online public services at level 4 provided on many other means of accessing, including mobile devices. 90% of work records at the provincial level, 80% at the district level, and 70% at the commune level are processed in the network environment.
With the goal that the digital economy will make up 20% of the province’s total product by 2022, Hai Duong has been promoting activities to support and expand digital transformation. One of them is the series of significant events in 3 – “Digital Transformation Festival of Hai Duong Province in 2022” with many activities to sign important cooperation agreements on digital transformation for 2022-2025.

The Digital Transformation Festival was held under the Department of Information and Communications of Hai Duong Province organization at Xu Dong Cultural Center, Hai Duong City, Hai Duong Province, on 3 26, 2022.
Attending the Festival was the presence of Government Leaders; Leaders of central ministries and branches; Leaders of provinces and cities in the North; Leaders at all levels and units of Hai Duong province; Corporations, associations, organizations, information and communication technology enterprises; News agencies, press, broadcasting, and other organizations and departments.
